Bargaining Summit

UEA is here to help members grasp the significance of their association in influencing negotiations for salaries, benefits, and working conditions within their school district. Understanding the nuances of bargaining negotiations can be challenging, even for those actively involved in bargaining teams. That's why UEA conducts statewide and regional bargaining training sessions to offer support and guidance.

UEA Bargaining Summit

The 2024 UEA Bargaining Summit is scheduled for November 2. Details to come.

The Bargaining Summit is worth three re-licensure points, which the UEA staff will input into MIDAS for all attendees who qualify.
