Summer Leadership Institute
Leadership is more than an event, moment, or position. It is a journey. UEA is with you every step of the way. Summer Leadership Institute (SLI) is UEA's foremost leadership development course, where attendees elevate leadership skills and actively contribute to the association. SLI is a two-day event that supports UEA members with the resources they need to be visionary, skillful leaders in their schools and local associations.
Early Leadership Institute
The Early Leadership Institute offers a supportive learning community for early career educators. The ELI program provides a vibrant learning community tailored for early career educators. Its goals are to elevate leadership skills, fortify professional connections, and champion student success.
Bargaining Summit
Join UEA local affiliates from all over the state and help build worker power to make substantial wage gains and improve the lives of all public educators. Collective bargaining and contract negotiations provide an opportunity for educators and their unions to be involved in the vision they want for their schools and local education associations.
