The UEA convenes an annual House of Delegates, as stated in the UEA Constitution (Article IV).
This legislative body determines association policies to be implemented by the Board of Directors. The House of Delegates, as per the UEA Bylaws, meets yearly to receive association reports, discuss and adopt the UEA Legislative Program and Budget, and establish Association policies.
It comprises the UEA Board of Directors, elected delegates from local associations, UniServ, UEA retired and Aspiring members. Each participating delegate is entitled to one vote. New Business Items are also presented for consideration.
