Submit an Item to the House
Items for the 2026 House of Delegates may be submitted until 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2026 to be included in the initial delegate materials. Items may also be brought to the Open Hearing on April 24, 2026. New submissions brought to the floor require a two-thirds vote of the delegates to suspend the rules for consideration.
