Submit an Item to the Open Hearing
Amendments to Standing Rules, Bylaws, Resolutions, the Legislative Program, or the Proposed Budget for the 2026 House of Delegates may be submitted for the Open Hearing on April 24 at 5:30 p.m. New submissions brought to the floor require a two-thirds vote of the delegates to suspend the rules for consideration.
