Children at Risk Foundation

Together, we are shaping a brighter future for children who need it most.

UEA Children at Risk Foundation (CARF) is a passionate non-profit organization that actively promotes the educational welfare of vulnerable students.

We aim to proactively develop, implement, sponsor, distribute, and make a wide range of educational materials and programs readily available to those who need them most. These initiatives further the objectives of the Utah Education Association.

The UEA Children At Risk Foundation remains dedicated to actively contributing to the educational well-being of at-risk children and is poised to make even greater strides in the days ahead.

Your continued support is integral to CARF's success.
