Program Goals:
- Increase the number of members enrolled in AutoPay.
- Advocate for legislation supporting payroll deductions.
- Educate members about the benefits of AutoPay and be seen as a lead on AutoPay.
Program Activities:

Fall Retreat (Oct 25, 2025):
- Onboarding Training
- Develop plans for AutoPay; Hustle texting, visiting schools.

Hustle & School Visits (Ongoing):
- Hustle text members not converted off payroll.
- Track the number of members converted to AutoPay through the program.
- Monitor progress on lobbying efforts and legislative outcomes.
- Visit schools before, during or after to inform members about AutoPay.
- Substitute Reimbursement and milage reimbursement provided.

Lobbying Efforts (Legislative Session):
- Advocate for legislation supporting payroll deductions through meetings with lawmakers and UEA Lobby Team.
- Monitor progress on lobbying efforts and legislative outcomes.

Summer Learning Institute (June, 2026):
- Review program accomplishments and set goals for the upcoming year.

Additional Details:
- $1,500 Program Participation Stipend provided at end of program.
- Mileage and Sub Reimbursement covered.
