We believe that taking the time to personally connect with prospective members can significantly influence their decision to join the association. By getting to know them, we can build relationships highlighting the value of belonging to the Alpine Education Association (AEA).

This year, we planned to visit school sites while providing lunch and snacks. We successfully completed 29 school visits and welcomed 225 new members. Additionally, through our Early Enrollment Program, we’ve recruited 25 members for the upcoming year, and we’ve only just begun since April 1. Another key goal was to encourage our members to switch from payroll deduction to SmartPay. So far, over 1,000 members—about 50% of our total membership—have made the switch to SmartPay.

Moving forward, we plan to schedule more site visits, continue promoting the Early Enrollment Program, and work with AEA leadership to implement the goals outlined in our grant.
