UEA Honors 2025 Top Recruiters and Fastest-growing Locals

Members across the state brought colleagues into the union, boosting membership and earning recognition and awards in every division.

UEA is recognizing 2025 association leaders and member recruiters who strengthened our union by inviting colleagues to belong. These members and locals earned awards for new-member recruitment, membership growth and the highest share of active recruiters.

Top recruiters by division

Division 1: Stacy Davis, Garfield Education Association, and Elinda Nedregberg, Tintic Education Association, each invited one new member and will receive $75.
Division 2: Cole Thomas and Jennifer Jones, Logan Education Association, each invited two new members and will receive $150.
Division 3: Jennifer Frame, Provo Education Association, invited six new members and will receive $250.
Division 4: Amanda Rasmussen, Jordan Education Association, invited 15 new members and will receive $300.

Locals with the largest percentage increase in membership

Division 1: No awarded local.
Division 2: Juab Education Association, 7% increase, awarded $100.
Division 3: Provo Education Association, 7% increase, awarded $150.
Division 4: Weber Education Association, 1% increase, awarded $200.

Locals with the highest percentage of recruiters

Division 1: Tintic Education Association, 5% of membership recruiting, awarded $75.
Division 2: Logan Education Association, 5% of membership recruiting, awarded $150.
Division 3: Provo Education Association, 4% of membership recruiting, awarded $225.
Division 4: Canyons Education Association, 5% of membership recruiting, awarded $300.
