2026 May Day Strong

May Day celebrates workers and solidarity worldwide. In Utah, educators are leading the way. Join us May 1 to celebrate collective power and shared wins.

May Day is about workers and public educators are at the heart of it.

When UEA members stand together, we win.

We proved it when educators and public workers across Utah came together to repeal HB 267 and protect our rights. That victory was powered by unity, action and a shared commitment to each other. Every day, that same unity shows up in our public schools for our students.

This is what solidarity looks like.

Join us on Friday, May 1.
